cook’s night off

pizza friday.

i chose to try a veggie approach {sans cheese} and went with a pesto-based pie with :

– roasted red peppers

– fresh tomatoes

– caramelized onions

– black olives

– topped with freshly grated parmesan

🙂  thanks to the trattoria at WFM for this delicious meal!
